Affix the new label to the original box, and include the original packing slip in the box. Please also note the size you wish to exchange the item for.

-Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area. The soles of our slippers are made of high quality leather, and we cannot accept exchanges on products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles.

Custom orders take approximately three to four months to be completed and shipped. Custom orders are non-refundable after order has been placed. Orders for monogrammed and personalized items cannot be cancelled. Once placed, your order cannot be returned except when due to defect.
