-No refunds. Store credit or exchange only on undamaged products. Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit amount.
-Free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges of footwear. Please email customerservice@deltoroshoes.com to receive an exchange label for your order. Affix the new label to the original box, and include the original packing slip in the box. Please also note the size you wish to exchange the item for.
-Eligible items must be exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase.
-Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area. The soles of our slippers are made of high quality leather, and we cannot accept exchanges on products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles.
