Sizing and Policy

- We recommend that men order a half size up from the size they normally wear in a loafer. Our womens shoes run true to size.

- Please email us at info@deltoroshoes.com with any sizing questions. We have a lot of experience and we can size you up if we know your size in other brands..

- Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays

- Please email before placing an overnight order, as it usually needs to be before 1:00pm EST in order for the shoes to ship that day. Otherwise, they ship the first thing the next business day.

- All orders are subject to a 48 hour security processing period. We apologize for the inconvenience, and do our best to get orders out the same day they are received.

- Orders may be returned for a refund with a 10% restocking fee.

- Shoes must be received within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

- Please try the shoes on a carpet or other soft surface; if the bottom of the shoe becomes marked or skuffed we are unable to accept them for return or exchange.

- Our custom shoes are absolutely not returnable once the order has been placed.

- Custom shoe lead times are estimates; shoes take 3-4 months to be made. Our shoes are hand made in Italy and we do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.

- For monograms, please enter letters in the order you want them to appear on the shoe. All monograms with 3 letters have the middle letter accentuated, representing the last name (first, last, middle). If you prefer to have all letters the same size please email info@deltoroshoes.com we will manually adjust your order.
