    - Where are Del Toro shoes made? 

    Our shoes are designed in Miami and handcrafted in Italy. 

    - Where are you located? 

    Our headquarters and flagship store are located in Wynwood, Miami. 

    We also have stores in New York City and in Troy, Michigan. 

    - What stores can I find your shoes in? 

    Refer to our stockist page to find the store nearest you. 

    MY SHOES

    - Are your sizes in US, EU or UK? 

    All of our sizing is US based. However, we can help you convert your size through our sizing chart.

    - What happens if my shoes do not fit? 

    Just let us know and we will ship you the right size within the United States free of charge. You can reach our customer service team by emailing customerservice@deltoroshoes.com 

    - Your sneakers don’t have half sizes. What should I do? 

    If you are a half size, we recommend you buy sneakers a size down. 

    - How do your shoes run?

    Our men's slippers tend to run half a size small while our men's sneakers run true to size. Our women's slippers run true to size, while our women's sneakers run half a size small. 

    - Can I customize my shoes? 

    We can customize any shoe, luggage or accessory. Contact bespoke@deltoroshoes.com for more information. 

    - I saw a pair of shoes I want but I can’t find them online? 

    Our seasonal shoes are extremely limited, however, we can re-create custom pairs from our past collections. Contact bespoke@deltoroshoes.com for more information. 

    MY ORDER

    - How can I change my order once it’s been placed?

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change your order. In the event of a mistake, please email customerservice@deltoroshoes.com and we will do our best to update your order before it’s shipped. Please note that if your order is a custom pair then we cannot replace it.

    - How long does it take to receive my shoes? 

    Processing and shipping takes  4-6 business days within the continental United States. 

    - Do you ship Internationally? 

    We ship anywhere in the world, shipping usually takes 10-14 business days! Shipping outside the United States is at cost and the receiver will be expected to pay it’s countries' duties. Returns outside the United States are possible but the customer must pay return shipping. 

    - What is your Return Policy?

    We accept returns for store credit or a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, if the shoes are in the same condition as when they were sold. Shipping for returns is free of charge within the US. You can begin to process your return through here
