While fashion rules are meant to be broken, mules are traditionally designed to be worn without socks to highlight the ankle and the relaxed nature of the shoe. However, during the cooler-weather months, wearing them with socks can make for a very cool, modern look.
We recommend ordering up one half or one full size compared to your typical loafer size. This ensures your heel doesn't overhang the back of the sole.
